Web Analytics Dashboard Project
The National Humanities Center (NHC) is a national non-profit devoted to advancing significant humanistic study with 6 web domains featuring over 5,500 pages of content. In this project, I archived historical data from Google Analytics 360, surveyed internal stakeholders to assess information needs, and designed a series of Looker Studio reports and user guides for Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data. The reports seek to answer the following questions: Who are our audiences? What do they want? How easy is it for them to find it? What do they do when they find it? What’s the impact of our SEO and digital media activities?
The benefits of this project include more data-informed decision-making, tracking impact in real-time, and the enhanced ability to report on this impact for partners and funders.
